ArcLight Capital and BP West Coast Products LLC JV

ArcLight Capital Partners and BP West Coast Products LLC has entered into a joint venture which will see the companies acquire two large-scale refined product terminals in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon.

TLP Management Services LLC, an ArcLight affiliate, will operate the terminals under a multi-year operating agreement. ArcLight also plans to grant TransMontaigne Partners LP (also an ArcLight affiliate) a right of first offer to purchase ArcLight’s interest in the JV.

Founded in 2001, ArcLight helped pioneer an asset-based private equity approach to investing in dynamic energy sector. ArcLight has invested approximately $18bn in more than 100 transactions since inception.
