Chemicals producer awards prize for contract logistics to HOYER

The logistics company HOYER has been honoured by its customer Covestro with the distinction of ‘Best Supplier’ in the ‘Cost Transformation’ category in the company’s Supplier Awards.

The chemicals company awarded the prize to the Hamburg full-service provider for its successful outsourcing and takeover of logistics in the Brunsbüttel plant.

Collaboration between HOYER and Covestro in the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) business line has grown steadily in the past few years. For example, the HOYER Group also took over on-site logistics at Covestro’s Shanghai site a year ago. Previous to that, the logistics company already provided transport services nationally and internationally for this customer.

Covestro presents the Supplier Award to honour its best service providers in a total of four categories.
