EA Tanks retains Equity Partners HG

EA Tanks, Inc., formerly known as Engineering America, Inc., has retained Equity Partners HG to seek an investor or partner to help realize their national growth objectives. Their 2016 expansion to the Eastern United States afforded them the unique ability to build and service tanks nationwide which created a huge backlog of projects, spiking their projected 2018 revenue to record levels.

The company primarily offers glass-fused-to-steel tanks for municipal and industrial projects in a number of sectors. Since 1980, EA Tanks has designed and installed more than 1,600 liquid storage tanks around the country for clients such as Cargill, Intel, Pfizer, Kraft and Waste Management.

EA Tanks offers customers a turnkey process that includes consultation, quality materials, experienced installation crews, technical equipment and all of the services needed to take a project from initial design to reality. With construction and sales hubs in Oregon, Ohio, and Minnesota, the company uses its own crews and specialised jacking equipment to carry out its tank installations and service across the U.S.
