Island Petroleum extends in Israel

Island Petroleum, in addition to its physical presence in Israel, will extend its operations to include supply at anchorage to accommodate bunkers-only calls.

Island Petroleum will enhance its physical presence at Haifa Port, by positioning the double-hull bunker barge ‘Thalia’ in port. This decision was made based on an assessment of the Haifa Port marine bunker market and Island Petroleum’s aim to satisfy its customers’ bunkering needs within the ever-demanding shipping industry.

‘Thalia’ will commence its operations by the end of October 2017.
