Johor Port wins Multi-Purpose Terminal Operator of the Year Award

Johor Port Berhad (JPB), a Member of MMC Group clinched the Multi-Purpose Terminal Operator of the Year award at the recent Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific best Practices Awards Presentation Ceremony held in KL Hilton, Kuala Lumpur.

The Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices awards recognise companies throughout a range of regional and global markets for superior leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development. Frost & Sullivan’s industry analyst team benchmarks market participants and measures their performance through independent, primary interviews, and secondary industry research in order to evaluate and identify best practices.

The awards was given to Johor Port Berhad in recognition of the Port’s performance and innovation in the port industry as well as for its role and achievement in applying Best Practice within the organisation.

Johor Port Berhad has also recently won the industry Excellence Awards for service sector during the recent Anugerah Kecemerlangan Industri (AKI) Awards Presentation Ceremony for industry excellence in applying the Malaysia’s Business Excellence Framework.

The Multi-Purpose Terminal Operator of the year awards was presented to YBhg. Dato’ Sri Che Khalib Bin Mohamad Noh, Chairman of Johor Port Berhad and Group Managing Director of MMC Corporation Berhad at the function.
