PJSC creates ChemicalTC

The Russian intermodal container operator and logistics company PJSC TransContainer is creating a new company called ChemicalTC that will operate its tank container business. The decision was made by the company’s Board of Directors.

The business will be further developed with the assistance of the existing company’s subsidiary, TransContainer Finance. The Board of Directors has also approved an increase of the share capital of the subsidiary by up to RUB613m as well as through a transfer of tank containers owned by TransContainer.
