Vopak’s Thai Tank Terminal wins Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce award

Vopak’s Thai Tank Terminal (TTT) has been awarded the title of ‘most innovative company’ in the field of Logistics award by the Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce.

TTT’s Deputy Managing Director, Martijn Schouten said: “The award is a clear testament of TTT’s leadership in innovation and is a real motivation boost to our Future Ready Team.”

The terminal has a capacity of 713,000 cubic metres in 100 tanks that are constructed of coated steel, mild steel and spheres. They range in size from 700 to 55,000 cubic metres. Access to the facility is via barge, pipeline, truck and vessel. It has four berths with a maximum draft of 12.5 metres. Products stored include: chemicals, gas, oleochemicals and vegetable oils. Services at the facility include: blending, heating, chilling, weighing and nitrogen.
