Advanced Polymer Coatings ‘focusing on education in 2021’


Advanced Polymer Coatings (APC) has been working with customers through its Voice of the Customer programme, which it uses to learn about its customer’s needs and perspectives both about and from APC, respectively.

It said: “This programme is crucial in light of the current global pandemic because it has become ‘business unusual’ for everyone and we are all searching to find the new normal.

“APC was looking to provide solutions and a means to work hand in hand with our customers and making sure their voices were directly heard and acted upon.”

Much of the feedback is centred on knowledge and learning ‘hands on’ about both MarineLINE® and ChemLINE®. In our current virtual world, APC felt there was no better time to launch ChemLINE® University and MarineLINE® Academy.

Each of these educational video series will focus on providing our customers with tools to help them choose the proper coating, ensure proper application and curing, and ultimately achieving maximum Return on Investment (ROI) from their coating. By releasing these videos, we will continue to educate our customers on exactly what sets APC’s Technology apart from other coatings in the market; or what we refer to as the ChemLINE® and MarineLINE® Difference.

What is the ChemLINE® and MarineLINE® Difference? It all stems back to the Advanced Polymer Coatings’ mission, which is to provide our customers with innovative, value-added coatings to protect their assets while also increasing their Return on Investment (ROI). In doing so, we have set off to change the perception of what a coating can be by truly offering a long-term solution, not just a sacrificial layer, that maximizes the performance lifespan of our customer’s most valuable resources keeping them operational, longer.

After the release of each of these educational videos, our customers will have complete access to each of the ChemLINE® University and MarineLINE® Academy videos on our website. Expect the first video in the series to launch in the coming weeks.
