Brussels South Charleroi Airport storage capacity expansion sees Engicon nv (Geldof) construct tank

Brussels South Charleroi Airport plans to expand its storage capacity in order to increase activity, with the financial help of SOWAER SA. Engicon nv (Geldof) announced the news and said: “We are proud to announce that we were selected to realise this project together with SPIE. We are responsible for the construction of a tank with a volume of 600m³.”

The works on site started at the end of November 2019 – last week the tank was successfully placed on its foundation.

Engicon said the project should be fully completed within a month.
