Cando Rail Services announces corporate name change to Cando Rail & Terminals

Cando Rail Services Ltd, a North American leader in providing rail solutions, has announced it is changing its corporate name to Cando Rail & Terminals Ltd.

The name change reflects the company’s ownership of a Canada-wide terminal network and a commitment to rail infrastructure development.

The new name reflects the company’s long history of providing rail services as well as its growth into owned rail terminals across Canada, it said.

“The new name – Cando Rail & Terminals – continues to reflect both our legacy and our culture: can do. The name allows us to emphasise that we provide rail-based services, but we also own rail-based assets and terminals,” says Brian Cornick, president & CEO of Cando Rail & Terminals. “Our message now is the same as it was 40 years ago – we’re here to solve our customers’ rail needs.”
