Den Hartogh awarded Best Employer 2018/2019

Den Hartogh Logistics has been awarded ‘Best Employer of the year 2018/2019 in Transport & Logistics’ with a maximum score of three stars. The Best Employer certification was launched 17 years ago by Effectory and Intermediair and is the largest, independent quality certification for good employment practices in the Netherlands. Annually more than 450,000 employees review their employers.

The Best Employer survey provides insight into the important HR themes such as engagement and commitment. Where the average score in the Transport and Logistics sector is a 7.07, Den Hartogh Logistics scores an average of 7.90. The outcomes show that Den Hartogh employees are engaged and feel they have a great place to work.

Being “Best Employer” within Transport & Logistics chosen by the Den Hartogh employees in 2016 and again in 2018-2019 is a recognition for the focus the company has on its Den Hartogh DNA.
