EFRA hold annual event in Poland in April

“How to turn rail freight into a profitable business?”

ERFA held this year its traditional annual event on April 3 in Warsaw, Poland. The objective of the meeting outside Brussels was to draw attention on the success stories and remaining access barriers to the rail freight market in Eastern European countries. About 70 people attended the event, coming from more than 15 different countries and in particular from Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia and the Czech Republic.

The seminar was focused on the actions needed to improve the profitability of the rail freight business, how to attract more new entrants and to develop more competition in the market.
