Kinder Morgan closes on Southcross Energy assets
Kinder Morgan Tejas Pipeline, LLC (Tejas), a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan, Inc. has closed on its acquisition of certain natural gas pipeline assets owned by Southcross Energy.
