KN joins Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance


AB Klaipėdos nafta (KN), the operator of oil and liquefied natural gas terminals has become a national corporate member of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG).

KN complies with high business conduct standards in everyday activity and applies the best corporate governance practice in accordance with the principles of corporate governance and good management of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). These principles are applied to companies listed on NASDAQ OMX.
