New configurator for the Dantec Product Range

Dantec has improved its digital online service for customers with the launch of a configurator for composite hoses.

Users are able to create and compare millions of possible hose combinations, providing purchasers with a time-saving platform without needing to look through numerous data sheets and brochures. It’s a fast and safe service to visualise a required hose assembly or place an order remotely.

The UK-based composite hose manufacturer supplies 66 different hose types available in sizes 1” to 10” and with each hose assembly being bespoke to customer requirements, there are 23.5 million possible assembly combinations. This is expected to increase when the options for plugs, caps and accessories are added.

The Dantec Configurator helps the use to easily pick the required hose type by filtering sleeved specifications. These factors include: application group, material liner, inner helix, maximum working pressure, fire-safe technology and the max/min temperatures.

Once the user has selected the hose type, they are able to virtually build the composite hose assembly by selecting the required size, length and required end couplings and securing method in five steps. The configuration can be saved locally or sent as a quotation request to Dantec.
