New rail link between Zeebrugge – Dourges as of February


As from February 12, 2019 the Port of Zeebrugge will be connected by rail with the multimodal platform Delta 3 in Dourges, Northern France.

As from Dourges there will be rail connections to destinations in southern Europe, such as Bordeaux, Avignon, Lyon, Bayonne, Toulouse, Perpignan, Miramas/Marseille/Fos. As from the Paris hub there will be connections to Novara and Turin.

The new rail service will offer three round trips per week. The block trains will be handled at the terminal of P&O Ferries in the Zeebrugge outer port. The P&O Ferries platform offers shortsea connections to Hull, Middelsbrough (Teesport) and Tilbury in the UK.

Greenmodal Transport and Novatrans will act as rail operator.
