Empire Diversified Energy Inc, which is a diversified energy and logistics company, has announced that Petro Empire Liquids and Storage LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Empire Diversified Energy Inc has completed its purchase of the Koppers facility in Follansbee, West Virginia.
Empire president, Scotty Ewusiak said: “We are very excited about this project and look forward to expanding our tank farm project and water treatment facility.
