Sale of Odfjell Terminals Rotterdam finalised

Odfjell has announced that it has finalised the sale of Odfjell Terminals Rotterdam (OTR) to Koole Terminals B.V. of the Netherlands (Koole). 

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of July 2, 2018, in which Odfjell Terminals entered into an agreement with Koole to sell its 100% ownership of OTR.

The sale will generate $100m of cash proceeds to Odfjell.
