Singamas publishes decisions reached in recent AGM

Following its recent AGM, Singamas said all resolutions proposed were duly passed by the shareholders attending and voting by way of poll.

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu was re-elected as Auditor of the company.

The following retiring directors were elected or re-elected as Directors of the company:

Teo Siong Seng as Executive Director, Chan Kwok Leung as Executive Director, Teo Tiou Seng as Executive Director, Kwa Wee Keng as Non-Executive Director, Ho Teck Cheong as Independent Non Executive Director. 

As of the date of the AGM, the total number of issued and fully paid-up shares of the company was 2,416,919,918 shares, which is the total number of shares entitling the holders to attend and vote at the AGM on all resolutions proposed at the AGM.
