Valsoft acquires Navitrans International NV and expands transport and logistics vertical

Valsoft Corporation Inc. a Montreal-based company that specialises in the acquisition and development of vertical market software companies, has announced the acquisition of Young & Partners/Navitrans International NV, which offers an integrated suite of logistics, transportation, warehousing and freight forwarding software solutions.
